How it works

Make your copy

Open the sheet and choose File > Make a copy. It lives in your Google Drive; nobody else sees it.

Import one Settlement report

Seller Central: Reports > Payments > All Statements > download the Flat File V2. In the Settlement tab: File > Import, "Replace data at selected cell".

Read Findings

Every flagged order line, what looks off, and the estimated amount, ready to take to Seller Support.

What the sheet checks

That the payout Amazon reports equals the sum of every line in the report
Where the money went: every transaction type and charge, totalled
FBA fulfilment fee per unit above the usual fee for the same SKU in that settlement
Referral fee rate that differs from the usual rate for the same SKU
Refund administration fees above the lesser of $5 or 20% of the referral fee
Profit per SKU, once you enter your unit costs

A flag is a question to ask Seller Support, not proof of an error. Thresholds are editable in the sheet.

What it doesn't do (yet)

Connect to your Seller Central account (you import the report yourself)
Know each SKU's official size tier; it compares against what you were charged for that SKU
Track returns that never came back, or file claims for you
Replace your accountant or bookkeeping software
