The free sheet

Your copy of PayoutSheet runs entirely in your own Google account. The Settlement report you import into it stays in your Google Drive. We cannot see your copy, your data or what it finds unless you tell us.

What we collect

"Tell us what the sheet found" form: the amount and number of flags you type in, whether you would pay for an automatic version, an optional comment and an optional email.
"Rather have us check it" form: your email, main marketplace, order volume band, and optionally the tool you use and a short description of the problem. We also store the country your request came from (from our hosting provider). We do not store your IP address; a one-way hash of it is kept for up to one hour to limit abuse.
Settlement report you choose to send: Amazon's Settlement Flat File V2, which contains order IDs, SKUs, fee types and amounts. It does not contain buyer names or addresses, and we ask you not to send any file that does. If one arrives by mistake, we delete it without processing it.

How we use it

To contact you about your request and deliver your reconciliation sheet.
To learn whether this service is useful (aggregated, anonymous counts only).

We never sell or share your data, never use it for advertising, and never contact your customers.

How long we keep it

Settlement files and the working copies derived from them: deleted within 30 days of delivering your sheet.
Your request details: kept until you ask us to delete them, or at most 12 months.
The Google Sheet we deliver is shared with you; you own your copy.

Where it is stored

The request form is hosted on Cloudflare (Pages and Workers KV). Delivered sheets are Google Sheets. Settlement files are processed on our own machine and are never stored in source code repositories.

Your choices

Reply to any email from us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We'll act within 7 days.
